Who can take part?

The promotion is available for new and existing customers who use the Betfair Sportsbook.

How and when can I qualify?

What can I win?

For single bets, if the player you have backed is substituted during the time period of 00:00 – 10:00 on the match clock, we will give you your money back, provided the outcome has not already been determined.
For multiple bets, if the player you have backed is substituted during the time period of 00:00 – 10:00 on the match clock, that leg of your multiple bet will be voided, and the remaining legs will be re-priced.

When will I get my prize?

All cash will be credited as soon as possible after the substitution, but you can expect this process to take no longer than 60 minutes.

What else do I need to know?

Applies to all Online and Mobile. Sportsbook only, Exchange excluded.
When you partially Cash Out a bet; the remaining part of your stake will be treated as a live bet and will be considered a stake in the same way as a regular single bet.
If the outcome of your bet has already been determined before your selected player is substituted, this promotion will not apply, and your bet will be settled in line with our Football Rules.

Betfair reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude certain customers from this promotion and to change the terms or availability of this offer at any time.

If any term of if the offer is breached, or if there is evidence that a customer is abusing the offer or using the offer to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), Betfair reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reclaim the bonus element of such offer and/or void the offer and any bet funded by the offer and/or take any other action it deems necessary.
